Beginning his real estate career at 18, Nick rapidly advanced from a trainee in sales and property management, obtaining his full real estate license and Certificate IV in Property.

 

Throughout his career, Nick has successfully collaborated with both real estate agencies and property developers, managing high-performing teams, structuring strategic joint ventures, and overseeing profitable transactions. He brings a customer-focused approach, extensive local market knowledge, and intuitive negotiation skills to every project, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

 

Having managed acquisitions and sales of diverse projects ranging from small-scale subdivisions to large developments of up to 100-unit complexes, Nick’s experience spans a broad spectrum.
