With senior roles spanning some of Queensland’s leading development companies, he has successfully sourced, negotiated and managed projects from small infill subdivisions to large-scale master-planned communities.
Holding an Executive MBA from The University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation, Dane combines strategic business expertise with practical development experience. His strengths include acquisitions, due diligence, planning approvals, feasibility analysis, stakeholder management and building long-term relationships with landowners and industry partners.
