Trained by some of the best in the industry, Lee Dwyer draws on 19 years of experience in Real Estate to achieve high sales turn over.

Lee specialises in inner city residential sales along with development site acquisition and has extensive knowledge in property and subdivision through his hands-on approach and close association with builders and council. He has built an extensive network of developers, builders and buyers. His proven ability to network and negotiate has produced over $250 million in settled property sales (2014 – 2022) through on and off market negotiations.

Lee loves Real Estate and his involvement in acquiring land has led to developments large and small. But it is residential sales, big or small, which he enjoys and are a constant reward. Lee has the ability to connect with people of all walks of life and residential sales are where Lee uses his people skills to best advantage. Lee has achieved high turnover in Residential Sales with over 250 settled sales in the past 3 years across
south east Queensland.

A real estate admin assistant professional who provides administrative support to real estate agents and brokers. My responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, emails, preparing documents and contracts, organising and maintaining files, coordinating marketing efforts, and assisting with client communications. I also assist with property listings, showings, and open houses. My goal is to ensure the smooth operation of a real estate office and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Mary is highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively. And have good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Has a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in their work, such as proofreading documents and entering data correctly. Proficient in using computer software and applications is important for administrative support roles. This includes knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, as well as familiarity with email and internet applications. Although she encounters challenges and problems she has quick thinking and problem-solving abilities, resourceful and able to find solutions independently.

Overall support to the organisation, providing essential assistance in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
